There is no difference in the design of Samsung Galaxy A72 and Galaxy A52. The Galaxy A72 gets a quad rear camera setup, which comes with a lightweight bump in a square design. The phone comes with a polycarbonate back and metal frame. However, the frame of the unit that came to us for review was slightly shaken, but in other units we did not see this problem.

It only gets a plastic rear panel, but it looks good. There is no fingerprint on the phone, but dusty soil stains are definitely present, so it would be better to use it with a back cover. Samsung does not provide any back cover with this smartphone. Due to the large screen size, this phone does not look good for single hand use.

Even after the 5000mAh battery, it weighs just 203 grams, which should be praised by Samsung. The weight balance of the Galaxy A72 is excellent. The metal frame with plastic back makes it attractive, which attracts the attention of the people. Both the power button and the volume button are present on the right side of the phone. The top is SIM-Tray, while the bottom features a speaker grille, 3.5mm audio jack, and Type-C port.

However, we have no complaints about the performance of the phone.

When charging, playing games or using the camera for a long time, the phone is hot, but the cooling is also fast. There is no problem in playing games like Call of Duty, Injustice, the handset works best. The phone comes with an IP67 rating, which is a good thing. That is, there will be no worry about getting wet in water with the phone. Samsung has improved the UI, which responds faster. The device does not appear to have any type of lagging.
